This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from The Healing Haven. Digital products and downloads are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
1. Order processing
Physical orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated delivery times
Local delivery: 1–3 business days
Provincial delivery: 3–5 business days
International delivery: 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed. They are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier operations, weather, customs processing, public holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout before payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4. Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided with the order. Tracking updates are supplied by the courier and may take time to appear.
5. Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery name, address, phone number, and other information required by the courier. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or transferred to the courier.
6. International orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country, unless stated otherwise during checkout.
7. Delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect orders
If an order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can help review the tracking information.
If a physical order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@thehealinghavenwellness.com with your order number and clear photographs or other proof showing the condition of the item and packaging when received. Returns and refunds remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
